Job Description
The Accounting Manager is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. The Accounting Manager supervises his/her staff and is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, implement and oversee overall accounting strategy
- Manage accounting daily operations
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions including but not limited to: accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc.
- Create credit and collections policies for the customers and payment policy for the suppliers
- Monitor and analyze accounting data.
- Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
- Train new accounting employees

- Ensure company’s adherence to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Prepare and present KPIs to stakeholders
- Must be willing to accept changes, other tasks and responsibilities not mentioned above for the overall growth of the company
Minimum Qualifications
- With CPA
- With at least 2-3 years experience as an Accounting Manager
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalent
- Knowledgeable with use of ERP systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
- With time-management skills
- Attention to details

Salary: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
