  • Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house.
  • Consistently delivers professional, friendly and engaging service.
  • Ensures housekeeping service standards are met.
  • Responds in a timely manner to special guest requests for miscellaneous items such as cribs, cribs, extra towels, etc.
  • Maintains inventory of necessary supplies.
  • Indicates required maintenance items.
  • Complies with department policies and procedures.
  • Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimal customer service.
  • Performs additional duties as needed.
